Saddle Fitting Policies
- Saddle fitting fee plus mileage is due the morning of your appt. If not paid in full, your appointment will be canceled.
- Saddle fittings will be canceled for dangerous road conditions and weather below 32 degrees.
- Saddle fittings from the months of Oct-March must be scheduled at an indoor arena either at your barn or one we can haul into to avoid cancelations for other types of weather. I have several indoors we can haul into.
- Only Stübben demos, used saddles in the Stübben inventory, and custom Stübben will be recommended due to safety. You are welcome to look for used saddles elsewhere, but customers who choose to shop for used saddles elsewhere are responsible for locating those saddles themselves.
- Fittings must be done according to the above schedule. Fittings outside of this schedule *MAY* be considered on a case by case basis.
- Fittings will not be completed on dangerous horses as palpation and up close evaluation is required. If a horse is deemed dangerous to the fitter, the fitting will end immediately with no refund for the fitting.
